Terms of shipping and payment

Once your order has been placed, the delivery will be made within 10 working days.

For the month of December deliveries may take longer.

The goods are sent in a free package and they come with a delivery receipt with the list of all the sent articles. Invoices shall be required upon ordering, providing the VAT registration number. In no case will invoices be issued after the relative shipment. In no case invoices subsequently to the shipment will be emitted.

The delivery comes carried to your address through our courier; In case of absence, your goods will be temporarily stocked at the carrier’s centre and you will be contacted in order to provide for their collection to in the shortest time.

The price of the article is always calculated with IVA INCLUDED (VAT INCLUDED).Should any changes affecting the VAT or any other indirect taxes occur following the printing of the catalogue, they shall be applied to the prices accordingly. Transport expenses are also subject to ordinary VAT.

The minimal value of the order is 30,00 euro (transport EXCLUDED).

Payment

Italy:
You can choose between three types of payment: CASH ON DELIVERY, BANK TRANSFER, CREDIT CARD, PAY-PAL. Should you opt for the first method of payment, you shall pay cash to the courier upon receiving your order. You will be contacted BY our staff to confirm the reception.

Foreign countries
You can pay through a bank check sent by mail to our address or by bank discount.

Transport

Italy:
Your orders will be sent by Express Courier, freight cost for Italy is 13 euro. For orders of 200 euros and more, shipment is free. Delivery time is 24/48/72 hours, depending on the distance.

Foreign countries:
Your orders will be sent by Express Courier, freight cost depends on the country to which the goods are shipped. Delivery time is 3/4 working days, depending on the distance.
